Of all the outfit posts and shoots I’ve done for the blog, my favourite by a longshot was the fetish mask shoot featuring Joseph Turvey’s AW13 collection. I’ve followed Joe’s career quite closely since then. As a designer his strength lies in illustrations and textiles – but at the same time he has an astute understanding of the aesthetic merit of sportswear. In conjunction these two elements are a killer combination. He has recently teamed up with high-street giant as part of their Design Forum initiative, to create a gorgeous capsule collection. I won’t bore you by describing it with words, instead I modelled my ass off for you. I hope you appreciated it.
Special shout out to Saucony – these shoes where everywhere at LCM, from Joe Turvey’s mainline presentation to Kit Neale. They also happen to be the most comfortable trainers I’ve ever worn. Sickening no?
