It is pretty great to go on holidays somewhere totally mind-blowing with your BFF and your child. Yep, a girls holidays for three, with one of the three bringing the average age way, way down. Portovenere is a hidden gem in the Cinque Terre, we reached it from Pisa thanks to many planes, trains and automobiles. It was more than 500 times worth it. We spent most of our times on boats or eating gelato or both at the same time. Then in the evening we mostly painted our nails and watched the laundry dry. Highly therapeutic.
