#TryTheTrend - Leather Trousers (Part 2)

Last week I showed you Part 1 of the #TryTheTrend shoot with Net à Porter, which was pretty easy since it was all about dresses. Today I am showing you the second trend "Leather Trousers". I actually wear leather trousers often at the moment, although I find them extremely annoying as they stretch so much and tend to fall down, promptly turning you into "the girl who hitches her trousers up every 5 minutes" - not a great style. However, they offer a chic alternative to jeans if like me you need pliers to separate yourself from denim.

This outfit was a weird one - I like the pieces separately, but looking at the photo again, I definitely think I wouldn't wear it all at once in real life. The thing is, when you are on a shoot, there is only a limited supply of clothes available in your size and so you just have to do with what's on the rail that will look nice on a non-model body. I simply stuck to my usual uniform equation of skinny trousers + foofy shirt + oversized blazer + chunky shoes.

Traduction - Deuxième tendance avec Net à Porter: le pantalon en cuir, une bonne alternative au jean de temps en temps.

I am wearing: Acne leather trousers, Karl shirt, Alexander Wang blazer, Marni Shoes, Isabel Marant necklace, all from  Net à Porter (shop the look below)
