How I Wear – Five Easy Party Outfits With Jigsaw

Hey! It’s me your forever dramatically underdressed style advisor talking about party outfits again. Tis’ the season after all… Today I am showing you not one or two, but five easy breezy festive get-ups in association with Jigsaw.

Since this is a rather image heavy post, I figured I would do a show and tell rather than go on about my festive style on here, especially since Jigsaw have done a wonderful job of asking me all the right questions about it and ! Seriously, have a look, there are also some behind-the-scenes shots.

Look One
I am wearing: , ,
You know I love a bit of a low-key disco vibe… This outfit is perfect if you work in an office and have to rush to a party afterwards. All you have to do is add the jacket, some outrageous heels and you are good to go.

Look Two

I am wearing: , , , .

That’s about as grown-up as it gets, again pretty office friendly as the flocked sequins aren’t that OTT.  A pop of red always adds the required festive cheer.

Look Three

I am wearing (see main image for full outfit): , , Eliza Pouch, Pom-Pom Keyrings, Storm Tweed Mini Skirt, .

This is my favourite outfit and possibly the most “me”. If I dress up, I like to go back to my “modern vintage” roots (if you’ve been reading me for a while you will remember) and this time I am playing with something a little 60s, with a modern twist of course!

Look Four

I love leather trousers and you can’t really go wrong with them. I like to think of them as a dressier version of your every day skinny jeans. They go with everything, especially a good chunky jumper or a slinky silk camisole (that’s the party version).

Look Five

This is where I go into full on party mode. That dress is so wonderful I took it home after the shoot. The fit is seriously amazing and although I don’t normally wear this sort of dress, I was instantly taken by this one.
