Discover MademoiselleRobot.com's New Look

28.5.14

We've been through a lot, this blog and me. Many different designs, a few logos, a whole cemetery of fonts left behind. It's been 7 years, mind you, so we need to keep you on your toes... Since I first started this blog, blogger itself has changed, giving me more and more freedom to develop my little corner of the internet and to slowly make it look exactly the way I like it. For now anyway - I am not afraid of change and I think it is good to keep evolving.

I loved my old design (also by BlogMilk), but it still felt too cluttered, too cutesy. The blog is going in a different direction now and my life is very different than when I started. As you can see, even the logo has matured. We left behind ribbons and frou-frou to embrace the cleaner lines of adulthood. I also want to do more with photography and wanted a very simple layout that would give a lot of space to images, with no other distractions.

I hadn't planned to do this right now - hell I never planned anything when it comes to this blog - but the stars aligned last night and I was searching for stuff online, I found this new BlogMilk theme and decided to give it a go. Turns out it is perfect for me right now. I hope you will like it as much as I do, your continuous support and feedback are what keep me going!

Let's take a look at the new layout...

The navigation is now easier and I simplified the menu as well. There are less categories so hopefully you should be able to find my older content as well as new posts.

I love it when you share the posts you like with your friends. This is why I wanted to make the process as simple as possible. Just click on the "+" at the bottom of each post and you will have access to all the most common social media sharing options.

Finally, at the bottom of the page you will find all my social media links (so you can stalk me all you want) as well as essential contact details: mine for all your pressing questions and editorial requests and my agent's for work related stuff.

Here's to a new chapter!
