Sometimes, we tell each other personal stuff, right? That's the point of blogging. We share all the weird and wonderful things we do on a daily basis, only leaving out the parts where we change the cat's litter.
Today, once again I invite you in my boudoir to talk about Moisturising (yes, with a capital M because it is that important). Winter has been harsh, cold and... well, drying. The point where my skin doesn't feel tense every time I go outside that is.
I've been the proud owner of a very pale, dry and sensitive (ish) skin for the past 34 years and I tried various skincare regimes, out of necessity but also out of curiosity and I think I am finally getting to a satisfactory point in my moisturising routine. I started focusing more on the night lotions and potions as they help providing a good base for the day.
Traduction - Ma peau est pale et plutôt sèche, donc j'attache beaucoup d'importance a mes soins hydratants. Voici les produits que j'utilise en ce moment.
Before bed, every night I layer Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex under Nude ProGenius Treatment Oil and add some Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye.
Two to three times a week I use Erborian Sleeping BB Mask which is essentially a magic potion in a tube. In the morning I like to apply some Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré layered on Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex (which I use as a serum for both night & day)
I always put a bit of Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant on my lips in the morning and at night before I go to bed. The whole family uses it actually...
Finally to fight crocodile skin in the Winter and interseason, I apply Jurlique Enriching Body Cream all over my body. It is fragrance free and very kind to the skin while being super hydrating.
