Since it started snowing this morning, I feel it is my mission to transport you to a happier, warmer and sunnier place, with a little bit of help from my dear friend Vivi Ponti, genius behind the Vivetta brand. As I write this, I just slipped on her pink mohair Oscar coat, the one thing that will stand between me and utter cold induced madness during Stockholm Fashion Week, but really all I want is to dance around in one of her Spring dresses… Which I will do eventually, just not right now. This lookbook has been sitting in my inbox since August, waiting for the right time to make its debut on the blog. I don’t like showing you things too much in advance, I find it only results in season confusion and sartorially speaking, it is the worst.
Vivetta’s new collection is filled with wonders – we see the return of the hands collar, that made her Primrose shirt so popular last season, but also cat motifs (she is as much of a crazy cat lady as I am), nautical stripes, appliqué daisies and many more little details that frankly I couldn’t live without in the Summer.
