What a surprise, the L.A. obsessed Frenchie fell in love with yet another collection hailing from California… Well get over it, because what I am about to show you is pretty great. Super cool Cali girl Raquel Allegra has designed an exclusive capsule collection for our very own national treasure: Matches. The collection, which will be available from next week, is composed of nine pieces all in the casual luxe style that makes Allegra’s designs so covetable.
My absolute favourite is the ombré cashmere jumper (which I wore on this shoot). It is the softest, warmest, most comfortable jumper I ever got to try on. I actually didn’t want to take it off and they had to send some very strong men to pry it off my convulsing body. The fashion industry is a ruthless, ruthless place. I spent days naked and crying, thinking about the jumper that never made it into my closet. I am barely over it now and seeing photos of it might push me right over the edge, so I must now retreat into my happy place and leave you to marvel at the clothes instead.
