London Fashion Week Day 1 - Orla Kiely

I love Orla Kiely. If I walk past the shop in Covent Garden, I fawn over everything. If I stop in Heal's, I have to have a quick perve at the furniture. It's just one of these things. No surprise then at the presentation: wonderful 50's aesthetic, slightly forlorn looking models, beautiful surroundings and set design - love at first sight. I could have moved in the Portico Rooms right there and then. 

Simple shapes, interesting detailing, great styling and killer shoes with ankle socks is a combination that wins me over every time.

If I believe the images I saw from NYFW and a few of the shows today, mustard is going to be the colour for Fall (isn't it every fall though?)
