"I LOVE Christmas. I don't like Christmas shopping". This is what a haggard looking guy was saying on his mobile phone as our paths crossed on Oxford Street, just after I recorded this post. I thought it summed up perfectly the state I am in at the moment.

ReplyDeleteas the final day of christmas shopping possibility has arrived i will buy smelly shower and bath supplies for every member of my family left without a gift. or even better - gift certificates for smelly shower and bath supplies!

haha! chris and i braved covent garden yesterday to get a gift for his sister. We made the day good however by first going to see the Cold War Modern exhibition at the V&A and then have a lovely japanese lunch.

I know how you feel - Hope you survived! i think it's all about knowing what you want and then keeping you're eye on the prize once you get there... that and your elbows out!
ReplyDeleteTHe best Christmas song ever ...um, I hate the shopping too. Ugh, and I waited until the last minute and have to go to the mall tonight and am stalling like mad. There are so many people and so many cars and I just don't want to deal with it at all. :(

I need a vacation from Christmas. Next year, gift cards! I just really wanted to wrap presents with my cute wrapping paper I bought. Not next year! Gift cards I say.
