Every Summer, I spend at least a month away from my flat - which is a major luxury - and I generally spend a good chunk of my time away thinking of ways to reinvent my interior. I like switching things up and although I don't show you every single incarnation of my living-room, there have been quite a few since I moved into my Notting Hill flat almost 4 years ago. I haven't really added any furniture, apart from the occasional trinket brought back from my travels, but I have made my existing pieces work really hard. I love creating a mood simply by moving objects around and there is nothing quite as refreshing as a game of furniture musical chairs.
Last week, I left my countryside bolthole for 24h and flew back to London to style Dwell's AW15 furniture collection at a rather fetching location near London Bridge. I was given a room, free use of the collection and a few props to play with. Now, I've obviously done this at home a few times with my own stuff, but I can't say I had ever really tried my hand at interior decorating before so it was a first for me... Especially working on a rather tight schedule! But I took it as a personal challenge and set off to create three vignettes that reflect three moments of the day, from morning to night.

8am
I sit at my dressing table and get ready for the day - the mood is peaceful and clean to help me start the day just right.
1pm
Lunch time - Although I am eating on my own, I like to set the table. It is part of a series of little things that enhance my daily routine.
8pm
Time to wind down - I sit in this cosy corner of my living room and leaf through my favourite coffee table books to fill my head with inspiration before I fall asleep.
