Last night, I paid a visit to my best pal Loulou who was covering models in lube and helping them get into their amazing latex outfits for the Atsuko Kudo show at the Lingerie London event. The whole thing was a charity event to help the Seven Bar Foundation, a social enterprise for the empowerment of women. Equipped with an AAA pass, I roamed around Old Billingsgate market for a few hours, spying on the models, make-up artists, hairdressers backstage before taking my seat in the press gallery to watch the show.
The outfits were spectacular. I know latex will raise a few eyebrows – it is after all something usually reserved for bedroom antics – but Atsuko Kudo’s creations are works of art. There were some very racy pieces, it was a lingerie show after all, but there were also some beautiful lace print or polka dot & flower print latex dresses, jumpsuits with the most intricate laser cut detailing, all inspired by Kar Wai Wong’s “In The Mood For Love“. Enough blabbering on my part, please have a peek at what happened last night.
Traduction – Hier soir j’assistais au gala de charité “Lingerie London” avec en vedette Atsuko Kudo et Agent Provocateur. Les créations d’Atsuko Kudo, tout en latex étaient particulièrement belles.
