I’ve been thinking a lot about where I want to take my style so it fits with my life and my conclusion is that after years of dressing like a toddler in vintage dresses, I now crave simplicity and a more adult look. My natural progression has been going towards this for the past couple of years, but I have now made a pact with myself to embrace my age and my Parisian roots and to keep things simple. As a result, getting dressed in the morning is no longer a headache as my sartorial choices are finally in tune with my life/ who I am becoming (apparently I am becoming a bore who dresses in black and white!).
This is my goal wardrobe for AW12 – sparse, monochromatic and timeless.
Traduction – Depuis un moment, mon style s’assagit et j’en suis très contente. Je me rapproche de mes racines parisiennes et adopte un look plus simple, ce qui m’évite de nombreuses migraines matinales.
