ITS Jewellery Competition / Swarovski Elements Award

With barely enough time to step off the Eurostar next week, I will be hopping on a plane to cover the Swarovski Elements Awards in Trieste, as part of the International Talent Support competition. The list of finalists for the prestigious Swarovski Elements Award has been announced and the winner will leave with €10.000 and a 6 months internship at the Swarovski HQ in Austria. Not bad when you are eager to launch a brand new jewellery brand uh? 
ITS is in contact with over 800 schools, out of which 140 focus on jewellery design. They were approached for the ITS jewellery section. The ITS Jewellery Jury is composed of: Ute Schumacher – Vice President Trend & Design, Vicki Beamon – Ericksson Beamon, Henning Kern & Gitte Dyrberg – DyrbergKern, Simon Harrison – Jewelry Designer.
As for the 2012 finalists… Drum roll: Anabela Chen, Charlotte Valkeniers, Gregory Larin, Merav Roth,Tian Hong Zhang, Xiao Zi Yang, Yz Wang, Margherita Abi-Hanna, Milko Boyarov, Kasumi Ashizawa. Good luck guys and see you in Trieste!
Traduction – A peine sortie de l’Eurostar, je m’envole vers Trieste où se tient du 12 au 14 juillet le International Talent Support. Plus précisément j’y vais pour assister au Swarovski Elements Awards dont le gagnant repartira avec €10.000 et un stage de 6 mois chez Swarovski. Pas mal pour un début non?
