Whether you ask for them or not – pyjamas are one of those things you just get at Christmas. No-one really wants them. Have you ever heard anyone say “I’m just popping out to buy some new pyjamas“? No of course you haven’t. So what do we do about this? Well, it’s a Christmas tradition so let’s embrace it. Topman have some pretty snazzy onesies. It’s an unforgiving item of clothing so be wary – but it’s kinda fun.
I’m obviously nuts about the skeleton one, but if you don’t fancy the Donnie Darko look, Topman do a festive fair isle and snowflake version too. Still not convinced? Well Boxpark in Shoreditch, the pop-up mall, has a store called Onepiece… Guess what they sell? NOTHING BUT ONESIES! Maybe this verges on adult baby fetish but I won’t judge you. What you wear in the privacy of your own home is your business.
You can’t deny they look pretty damn comfy. Wait a second – did I just say comfy? I think I might be drunk. Either way onesies are happening. Just pray I don’t take this too far and leave the house in it.
