I was very pleasantly surprised by Betty Jackson‘s show. I wasn’t sure what to expect, apart perhaps for clothes that were just a little too “old” for me. Turns out her utilitarian, vintage influenced collection is right up my street. It perfectly encapsulates the modern vintage look I am so fond of.
From deep brown and beige hues to bright pinks and lime greens, it really was a delight. My favourite pieces were the ones featuring a Lucienne Day-ish print. The jumpsuit in particular had me gasping.
I also really enjoyed the natural but super bouncy hair and the simple make-up.
