A more minimal approach to style

Hello, my name is Laetitia and I am a hoarder.  I don't shop that much, but I keep things for years. No matter if they don't fit anymore, if they are not really my style anymore, for some reason I don't seem to be able to let go.

I spend my life telling others what to keep and what to give away, and I do regular wardrobe culls, but my dream is to achieve the perfect closet, filled with only my absolute favourite items and rid of all the visual clutter.

When I think about it, there are only a selected few basic items I wear all the time. I keep them vaguely current by adding seasonal pieces.

At the moment, the Mademoiselle Robot capsule wardrobe for the Summer looks a bit like that:

♥  black blazer

Outfit
Black Lace Blazer from Warehouse

♥  light cardigan (my go to cardi at the moment is navy with pearl buttons from BikBok)

KIND Pollock Cardigan
KIND cardi sold in my shop

♥  high waisted chinos (I have them in beige, navy, black, pink & khaki)

♥  denim shorts

KIND Man Ray Cardigan
High Waisted Denim Shorts worn with KIND cardi sold in the shop

♥  lightweight jumpsuit & playsuits

♥  pastel dresses

Current favourites
From Left to Right - Cacharel, ASOS, H&M, New Look

♥  floaty blouses
♥  clogs (Swedish Hasbeens are my clogs of choice)

Swedish Hasbeens AW10
Swedish Hasbeens AW10 - drool

♥  flat sandals
outfit
Sandals - See By Chloe

♥  heeled sandals

outfit
Sandals - Madewell

This is pretty much what I wear all week, with different accessories. I think this is also what I will be wearing all Summer long. That means I could technically free myself of all the  other contents of my wardrobe. Potentially that means super bargains coming in the shop for you!

Which leads me to the next point: I am thinking of hosting a mini sale somewhere in London and I need to know which ones of you are a size UK12 or UK14 as most of the clothes I have for sale are in these 2 sizes. Would you be interested in coming along to something like this?
