Another outfit from my dress up session at Couverture & The Garbstore, this time featuring a dress by an American designer I adore: Lauren Moffatt. She is actually the reason I found Couverture in the first place, a long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away), when I didn’t even live in W11 yet. I was researching Lauren Moffatt stockists in London and Couverture popped up. The rest is history.
This outfit turned out a little more Laura Ingalls than what I usually wear, but I like it anyway. I can see myself going to the market in the South of France in this dress, perhaps replacing the Bobo Choses bag by a wicker basket. The sandals are also a great find as far as super minimalist footwear goes. They are from Local and are very comfortable too, which is quite a tough feat for extra flat, leather soled sandals.
