Antoni & Alison's collection "Screen Tests" was aptly shown in the screening room of Somerset House and was based on a fantasy shared by Antoni & Alison to work in wardrobe. So they have reworked "43 female roles in cinematic history to create a series of corrected temporary outfits for each character". Each different slide made my heart go boom and sent me in a whirlwind of movie memories, little Parisian cinemas, the smell of popcorn and my years in Film Studies.
I really loved their versions of all those characters I have lived with for so many years, and I would have liked to show you everything, but I am going to pick a few for here, you can see more on Flickr!
