I love pyjamas and I love Miami, so when I heard that NYC designer Arielle Shapiro of Ari Dein (who dressed Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl fame) had designed a custom set of pyjamas for the W South Beach Hotel, I thought it’d be fun to have a little Miami inspired photoshoot in London. The PJ set is made out of the softest cotton in a deep heather grey hue with bright pink piping – all handmade in NYC too.
I wanted to share this great sleepwear discovery with you, so on a warm July morning, we went roaming the streets of West London, props in hand, looking to recreate a certain Miami atmosphere. As you can see from the shots of the W Hotel South Beach, we are nowhere near the level of luxury and indulgence on display there, but a girl can dream.
A limited number of pyjama sets are available on the W Hotel Store website and if you are lucky enough to stay in the W South Beach VIP Suites, you will leave with your very own set as a souvenir.
