Just before Christmas, I was lucky enough to visit Tallinn, the Estonian capital, as a guest of Visit Estonia. The idea behind the trip was to showcase Tallinn’s vibrant design and fashion scene, and so we ambled around town for 48 hours, from showrooms to workshops, design studios to hip restaurants. While I am quite the independent traveller, I do enjoy those trips where someone in the know does all the research for me. It saves me hours of Google searches, trying desperately to find places that cater to my particular brand of tourism.
At the moment, I am really keen to discover more of Europe, perhaps go to places that weren’t necessarily on my original travel bucket list. These things might not be so easy in my future! I was really quite taken with Tallinn during my visit, so you may have noticed my City Guide has been on the blog for quite some time… I would love to go back there in the Spring or Summer time to experience the city in a different light, but I don’t think I will be able to, so if you do go there on a short break, do let me know if you liked it! Meanwhile, here are some snaps from my trip.
Coffee Time!
While in Tallinn, you must stop over at Sfäär for a unique coffee tasting experience.
