It’s a Bank Holiday weekend so obviously it’s going to rain. I mean obviously. I can’t think of anything more British to be honest but let’s not dwell on that, let’s look ahead to Summer and start thinking about holidays, sunshine, beaches and most importantly shorts. Boardies® is a relatively new brand – it’s not the stuffy tailored shorts kinda brand that seem to drain all the fun out of summer dressing… It’s more of a “let’s go down the beach and have an awesome time kinda brand“. Think pool parties in L.A., Koh Samui full moon parties or just getting turnt in Ibiza.
The SS16 collection takes inspiration from 90’s graphic design, the designs are hand drawn by the Boardies® UK based design team. Printed on super comfortable quick drying material you can spend a whole day in them going from the pool to the restaurant and beyond, like day-to-night dressing but for men on holiday. Each design comes in three lengths to cater for all body types and tastes, although if I’m honest I’m all about the short shorts. Who could have guessed?
