What happens when you take three fashion bloggers to a lovely countryside hotel with an even lovelier spa? Extreme chillaxation, that's what. A couple weeks ago, we were invited to the Cotswolds for a night at the very cosy and serene Dormy House. The idea was to discover their spa, which reopened earlier this month.
We arrived in the evening, after a couple hours drive (or you could go by rail in 1.5 hours from Paddington) and promptly checked in to our rooms for a little stretch before dinner. We were greeted with homemade cookies (mine lasted approximately 30 seconds before total destruction), fresh organic tea and a collection of Temple Spa samples... A taste of things to come.
We had dinner in a private dining room adjacent to the Garden Room restaurant. We were treated to a festival of heart-warming quintessentially British food and delicious French wine. My favourite combination, although not ideal when you plan on filming a video afterwards... But you will see...
After a long and peaceful sleep, we were ready for the main attraction: The House Spa! We each chose a treatment (mine was a heavenly 60 minutes full body massage) and then had lunch in the Spa Restaurant, which offers a selection of healthy salads and decadent cakes - another ideal combination! We spent the afternoon in our fluffy white robes, chatting and sipping on lattes and before we knew it, it was time to head back to London.

One thing I know for sure is that I will be back! What do you think?
