BACK is without a doubt the unicorn of MBSFW. In a sea of commercial and highly wearable labels, BACK stands out for her avant-garde designs. The SS14 collection is reminiscent of previous Ann-Sofie Back collections, notably her AW05 and AW07 ones – logo patches taken from the former and draped fabrics taken from the latter. It is sporty and sophisticated, with a definite edge to it.
The looks that caught my eye weren’t classic BACK, they were a little more safe, more feminine, less utilitarian. Romantic styles in sportswear fabrics and 50’s silhouettes with raw edges made for an interesting collection.

Mes looks préférés de cette collection sont plus sages que le reste, inspirés du style des années 50, mais utilisant des matières empruntées au vestiaire sportif.
