I woke up this morning and thought “I haven’t gushed about Swedish Hasbeens for a while” so I feel like I need to fix this – not so coincidentally, yesterday saw the launch of their pop-up store in Selfridges Shoe Galleries. I didn’t attend because of a lethal combination of illness, tiredness and mega deadline, but when it comes to clogs, I am most definitely all seeing and all knowing.
Those who went to the store yesterday were lucky enough to be treated to a remix of the wonderful SS12 presentation I saw in Stockholm last Summer, complete with twirling, jumping, contorting gymnasts. The shoe selection focuses on pastels, sports inspired pieces and of course a wonderful collection of bags.
If you are in London, head over to Selfridges right now (or at least in the next three weeks) and pay a visit to my Swedish chums. I demand it.
